Originally built as a Victorian private residence, all of our rooms are individual in style and beautifully appointed.
They each offer complimentary Wi-Fi access, flat screen televisions with multi-channel free view, dvd players, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Each has been thoughtfully decorated by owner Graeme Strachan.

Room One
Located on the ground floor, Room One is decorated in an attractive charcoal and white Trompe L’Oeil style. Offering en-suite facilities, this room is perfect for the single traveller.
Unique features: boutique style room with luxurious décor. Ideal if you are travelling alone.
Room Two
Room Two is decorated in restful pale green and cream tones. Views are of the woodland to the rear of Glenburnie. Situated on the ground floor, this room offers two twin beds and an en-suite shower.
Unique features: a restful place to say. Although this room does not have a sea view, enjoy the sitting room opposite room 2 with views over Oban Bay and Kerrera Island.
Room Three
Just at the top of the Victorian staircase on the first floor, Room Three has a wonderful sea view, which can be enjoyed from its own separate sitting room. With a charcoal, grey and cream theme this spacious queen bedded room also has a glass walled feature shower.
Unique features: charming sitting room with views over the Oban Bay, glass walled feature shower.
Room Four
Located on the first floor, this wonderful large superking double bedded room offers spectacular views of Oban Bay and the Island of Kerrera through triple aspect bay windows. Yellow and grey in décor, with an en-suite shower, Room Four provides a relaxing and truly memorable place to stay.
Unique features: as with Room Nine, nothing beats sitting in one of the two armchairs offering one of the best views in Oban.
Room Five
Decorated in pretty Wedgewood blue and cream colours, this spacious superking bedded room has wonderful views over Oban Bay and the Island of Kerrera. Room Five is located on the first floor of the house and offers en-suite facilities.
Unique features: terrific views over Oban Bay and Kerrera island. Can be made into a twin bedded room.
Room Six
Light and spacious, Room Six is a twin bedded, first floor room with views over the woodland area to the rear of Glenburnie. Room Six is decorated in soothing duck egg and cream colours, with en-suite facilities.
Unique features: restful and peaceful accommodation.
Room Eight
On the second floor, decorated in a delicate Design Archives fabric, Room Eight has beautiful sea views, with an inviting window seat, looking out over Oban Bay and Kerrera Island. This spacious queen bedded room also has an en-suite with large double shower.

Room Nine
Cream and olive green in décor, this beautiful large superking double bedded room offers triple aspect bay windows with unrivalled views across the Oban Bay and Kerrera Island. Take a seat in one of the two inviting armchairs and watch the boats go by. Room Nine is located on the second floor of the house, and offers a double shower.
Unique features: nothing beats sitting in one of the two armchairs that offer one of the best views in Oban.
Room Eleven
Decorated in lilac and cream tones, this spacious superking double bedded room has wonderful views over the Oban Bay and the island of Kerrera. Room Eleven is on the second floor and offers en-suite shower facilities.

Room Fourteen
This large twin bedded room is on the second floor of Glenburnie. Room Fourteen is decorated in terracotta and cream tones, with en-suite facilities.
Unique features: peaceful and quiet place to stay.
Room Sixteen
A boutique style queen bedded room, Room Sixteen is typically offered as a single. Decorated in an attractive navy and cream colour scheme, it has its own private shower room directly opposite.
Unique features: charming room with an intimate feel.
Room Seventeen
Large suite style superking double room. This room is just off the first floor landing. Featuring a large en-suite, with oversized shower, Room Seventeen is decorated in an attractive red, charcoal and cream Mitford Check theme.
